We only accept payments in euros. We accept credit cards and PayPal. The payment method is selected at the end, just before checking out of the shopping cart.

We ship within Europe. In Germany, shipping costs €4.90, and shipping is free for orders over €150.

Shipping to all other EU countries costs €6.90 and is free for orders worth €250 or more. Shipping to Switzerland costs €9.90 and is free for orders worth €250 or more.

To ensure that the return process runs smoothly and the credit can be paid out as quickly as possible, the following steps must be followed:

1. Step - Please fill out the return form (download here).
2. Step - Enclose the completed form along with a copy of the invoice for return.
3. Step - Send the return shipment with sufficient postage to the following address:

4. Step - After we receive the return, we will refund the money within 14 days. It will be refunded via the same payment method that was used to pay.

Our textiles are finalized individually after the order has been received. As soon as we have received payment, the order is forwarded to our partner for refinement within 24 hours. There it is put into production as quickly as possible and dispatched immediately after completion. This process usually takes around 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday) within Germany after receipt of payment.
